I'm CEO, President and Founder of Healthcare Enterprises, Inc., a company that specializes in all aspects of dental practice retreats and lectures. I have over 45 years of dental experience, and I bring that to life through consulting and speaking nationally and internationally. I also share my passion for this industry through several professional organizations.

I love working with teams to enhance their communication skills.  It makes my day when I see someone get through a block, and move to the next level.

When I'm not helping dental teams succeed, you can find me in Kansas City, MO with my amazing husband, Rick, or traveling to new and exciting places.
